They changed the oil changing to appointment. I make an appointment for today at 11 a.m….I DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 3 p.m. Are you kidding me! People came in after me and left before me! Really considering getting my next car elsewhere because they really made me feel a certain way as to whether they even want my business!!! As soon as I complained my car just happened to be next!!! I watched the guy go to the back then a mechanic went to my car immediately!!! Why did it take that? I am in my car in my yard typing this just leaving the dealership because I am THAT PISSED!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE How those people made me feel!! More
