Good service overall. A little of struggle when figuring out the numbers on their side but after a couple of hours, they finally got to the number previously agreed and found a lender that beat the rate I found on my own. However, part of the experience went to trash when I got to the cashier boy, what a rude, careless and poorly customer service oriented guy. But good experience overall More

I purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra at King Hyundai in Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and explained the problem. The service advisor told me that I had to pay for the key fob reprogramming or I had to take it where I purchased the car. I explained that since the car is in warranty and that I should not have to pay. I'll be contacting King Hyundai and probably driving 45 miles to solve this problem More
