Jerald helped me figure out what I needed to do with my car since I just recently hit 50k miles. He wasn't pushy when it came to services and it felt like he knew I was already hesitant to drop too much cash this time around. Still, everything that needed to be done got done within an hour. Huge xxxxxxto the tech working on my car. I'm always grateful for quality work. Overall, really great vibe inside the office, with all the employees I briefly interacted with, and it felt good to have my car back in tip top shape. I'll be back. More

Certified car purchase Purchased a Certified 2014 Accord with low miles. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions but the process to purchase the a Purchased a Certified 2014 Accord with low miles. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions but the process to purchase the auto was over 4 hours from start to final signature. I questioned a $99 charge for phantom and was told it was on all the Hondas. When I requested to have the brake fluid exchanged because it was nearing the 36 month time frame they agreed and scheduled a date to do it. This is where the problems began. Brought it in to have the service done and was told that they were performing work on a recall. When they got finished and gave me the paperwork there was a recommendation to have new tires and a tire rotation performed. This was a car that was supposed to have been checked completely and they missed a recall and tires that need replacement. When I brought it to the attention of the service manager and person in charge of used car sales, I was told it conformed to the specs required to certify the car. It makes me wonder what else was missed. I had the car for two days and only drove back and forth to the dealership. As for the $99 phantom charge, They agreed that it was an option and will refund that money to me. To their credit, they did take the time and listen to me and were friendly. We just couldn't come to an agreement about the tires. Perhaps this was a one time thing but I would urge anyone looking for a Certifed Pre-owned car at this dealership to be careful. More

Most dealers inflated their protective package with weather mats and they charge $500-800 for something you can purchase online for OEM Honda parts under $300. All the dealers I went to also wanted 2-3k over MSRP because it's new. I finally found the color I wanted at Poway Honda. Not only they beat the lowest quote by far, they also provided the most personal car buying experience. Very friendly and respectful. I really enjoyed dealing with Poway. I definitely recommend Poway Honda in San Diego, Riverside, OC, SB and LA area. More

The next day my wife and ended up coming back to purchase our first new car. They answered all our questions and concerns. Even stayed past closing hours without giving us the feeling of being hurried out. I'd definitely recommend this place and would do business with them again. Great communication and customer service I took my car in because of a recall. I made an appointment online, received text and email confirmations and the entire process was very smooth! The staff was very helpful and communicated what I may want to repair without being pushy or sneaky about it. A few days later, my check engine light turned on and a coworker had checked the error with the ODB II sensor just so I have an idea of what may be wrong. At first I called Pacific Honda which was closer to my where I was at but they gave me such a hard time, were rude and did not want to take my error down to begin with. They also said they were going to give me a call back and never did. For someone who is not familiar with cars or car problems, I just needed to understand if my car was driveable to make it to the dealer. So I decided to call Poway Honda right after even though i was about 30 minutes away because I had just gone there two days prior. I explained my concern and frustration over the phone and the advisor I spoke with calmly listened and explained what I need to do. From the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up, I felt they were extremely understanding and educating. More
