Employees are great but the rules of the company are too rigid. I purchased a lemon from them. It has taken me almost a year to get rid of it. Trading it in for another used vehicle was a nightmare. I was at the dealership for almost 8 hours and finally ended up trading the lemon in for a 3 year leased vehicle because my monthly payment was similar to the lemon. More

Worst delearship ever. i had appointment for service for a recall, change oil, transmission issue for a 3month old bnew vehicle with only 5844miles that i purchased from th i had appointment for service for a recall, change oil, transmission issue for a 3month old bnew vehicle with only 5844miles that i purchased from them. plus a $900 towhitch install. looking for a 1k. plus worth of service. i have 9:40am appointment but i came there early at 9am. after 5.5hrs. of wait without taking my lunch i found out that my car was just sitting across the street untouched. they dont offer loaner vehicle and they said herts rental is out of vehicle so i said ok ill wait. after 5hrs. i asked whats the update they said theve been diagnosting it. soon to find out that my car was just park accross the street. they didnt even test drove it. not a single mile added after i checked in. whats the purpose of an appointment if thats the case. take note im the 2nd person that walked away at that very same day pissed. not even a sorry to the service advisor named "Dane Long". he said "ill just pull out your car if you want" so i walked out pissed and nothing was done to my vehicle. wasted 6hrs of my time. I will not set my foot to this dealership again! More

Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As always, Marco and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord. I had made an appointment and when I got there, he greeted me within minutes. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is really a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations. I waited over there and it only took about an hour and half for the service to be completed. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are available. There is also a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. Very nice. Also, free car wash is available upon request to save water. I waited outside since it was a beautiful day. All service advisors and staff are nice and friendly and I also had a chance to say hi to my other friends at Poway Honda. I missed Sheryal, but I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the service follow-ups. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership. They are: Poway Honda and Marco Ramirez, my service advisor. I have been taking my Honda cars to Poway Honda service department for a long time, and Marco has been always excellent. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Several days ago, I took my Honda accord to Poway Honda for a windshield replacement. It had cracked as a result of a rock hitting the glass on the road. I was very nervous since windshield had to be replaced nicely and the cameras had to be also correctly recalibrated. Marco clearly explained to me how the windshield will be replaced. The windshield will be replaced by their subcontractor All-Star Glass in Poway and then all the cameras will be recalibrated by Poway Honda. He gave me an estimate and started the communication with my insurance company. He also ordered all the necessary parts such as moldings and clips. The parts were ready next day and the windshield was nicely and professionally replaced by All-Star Glass and cameras were recalibrated by Marco team. It looked very nice and was just like a brand new windshield. They all did an extremely nice and clean job. I waited in their nice waiting area that is very clean and comfortable with gourmet coffee, water, popcorn, and delicious home-backed chocolate chip cookies. I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal and Al in the service department and Gary in the sales department. They are all super nice and friendly. I thank Sheryal for her appointment reminders and service follow ups. I highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to my family, friends, and others. He made my visit to Poway Honda service department a very nice experience and I was very happy with the job they did. Al is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He and technical staff recommended and performed some additional work on my car, which was very important. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Joe greeted me very nicely and then within minutes, Al checked me in for the service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are back. They also provided some delicious freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies and warm popcorn. Very nice! Also, free car wash is back. Joe was very nice and did a wonderful job of drying the car after car wash. I waited outside since it was a beautiful day. All service advisors and staff are nice and friendly and I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal, Gary in the Sales department, and my other friends at Poway Honda. I had an appointment and I was checked-in within a minute or two. David is always nice and greets you with a smile and drives your car to the service area after checking in. As always, my service advisor, Marco, and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent yesterday in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy with their work. I requested a road test and Al was kind to do a test drive and make some recommendations. Thank you very much Al for your support yesterday! The technician also did a test drive after the service was completed. Absolutely great service!
