As with all new car acquisitions whether buying or leasing you must know what you want ahead of time and go with that. Beside informing me of accessory packages, I was shown via a short video what that particular accessory's benefit actually was. And then it was up to you. In other words no pressure. Gonzalo Combas aka "Gus" was an exceedingly kind gentleman who gave me the real "customer first" feel during my interactions with him. More
Poor Sales Practices This has been by far the worst sales experience I have ever encountered at a car dealership. So I drove all the way from Delaware County PA on a Tues This has been by far the worst sales experience I have ever encountered at a car dealership. So I drove all the way from Delaware County PA on a Tuesday to take a look at one of their used vehicles. FYI, The vehicle was a 2012 with 45,000 miles, no warranty left and according to the carfax had been in an accident. They acted like this car was a 2016 Acura RLX. Granted the car was priced reasonably, but any person with half a brain knows there is always some negotiating room no matter how low the price seems. So anyway, I had a trade in as well and they agreed to give me 900 for it even though I know they could have given more. Once we decide on the price of the car, the finance guy comes out and asks me about my credit. Knowing that I had not pulled my credit recently, he comes back with an APR of 6.8% because I told them that my bank had offered a ridiculous rate of 9. They also claimed that the other banks simply did not respond to his credit queries and this was the only rate available. Well, I knew that was BS. So three hours into all of this they tell me that since I have an out of state license I wouldn't be able to take the car home anyway. HUH??? You knew I had an out of state license when I came in? Yet you keep me there talking prices and interest rates and haggling? At this point I leave and go home and pull my credit and see that it is very good. The next day I secure a loan from my credit union at a much lower rate. I also go to the DMV and update my license. You'd think that based on what they have said, this is all I need to do to purchase the vehicle. Well, by Friday, I contact the dealer, let them know I had secured a loan and that I would be in to purchase the vehicle on Monday due to the credit union being closed on Saturday and I could not pick up the check by closing on Friday. They tried to pressure me into giving them my credit card to secure a deposit, but I refused due to my lack of trust in them after they told me that only one bank had offered financing for the vehicle based on my credit. So at that point, any trust I had for them had gone out of the window. Monday rolls around and I call them to let them know I would be bringing a check to put money down and a check from the credit union to secure purchase of the vehicle. I also tell them to have it ready for delivery. The salesperson asks me about the title for my trade in and I tell him that I have the title signed over to me. Well now he goes and talks to his sales manager and they say I have to go get the title put directly in my name at the DMV. What????Really? You tell me this after I brought my vehicle to Princeton, you inspected and appraised it and gave me an offer on it, not once ask to see the title, yet on day to purchase vehicle you tell me the title is not valid because it isn't registered in PA directly to me? Well, at this point, I leave work, go BACK to DMV and they tell me that I need the sales receipt to confirm tax on the vehicle before the title can be transferred. Of course I don't have an 11 year old sales receipt or the tax information and neither does the dealership it was purchased from. The title should be enough proof the car was purchased properly. I contact the dealer and speak with the salesman again and let him know that I won't be trading because it's too much hassle to get an 11 year old title transferred even though it is signed over to me and it has a section for the dealer to sign for trade in. So I ask if they can at least meet me half way on the price of the trade and I will eat the rest. They refused to budge on 450 bucks (half of the 900 for the trade in). You gotta be kidding me. After all of this hassle, miscommunication, last minute change ups and hoop jumping, you can't meet me half way on a 900 dollar trade in amount? These people aren't really that interested in selling cars. If you are that uptight over a used car that's been in an accident (vw jetta 2012 black) then I don't need to do any business with you. They are incredibly cavalier and any way the wind blows with selling their cars. There are a million cars out there to choose from and immense competition. I don't see them lasting too much longer with this attitude and sales practice. I really should thank them though, at the price they are selling it for, there is a high probability that there is something wrong with the vehicle. It's priced abnormally low for that style of jetta. More

She set an appointment for us with Ahmed Heba who was very helpful in answering our questions. He made the experience much less painful than I usually find a car-buying experience to be! He made my husband and I feel good about our purchase and we definitely felt that this was the right car for our family. We ran into some snags with our purchase, but Ahmed was able to get everything straightened out for us. He even took time out of his vacation to come back to the dealership to complete our purchase. I would definitely buy from Ahmed and Precision Acura again and will recommend it to my friends! More

Not a single phone call was made, and she responded instantly with clear concise emails for each of my questions, including an out of the door price. Finally when I was looking to decide, I had a similar price point with a dealer closer to me, but decided to work wit Precision because of Carolynn. The positive experience continued when I arrIved to pick by the car. As I had requested all the paperwork was ready and Ahmed detailed all features of the car in an extremely professional manner. Precision is lucky to have Carolynn and Ahmed, and they demonstrate the best of customer service. VG More
Great experience Buying a new car can be stressful, especially when moving not only to a new dealer but also a new manufacturer. Add to this a healthy dose of pain fro Buying a new car can be stressful, especially when moving not only to a new dealer but also a new manufacturer. Add to this a healthy dose of pain from your current (none-Acura) car and you can be forgiven for being a little apprehensive when you walk through the door of any dealership. Over the last few months I have visited numerous BMW, Mercedes, VW and Suburu dealerships. All offer some excellent cars which almost sell themselves; however this fact seems not to go unnoticed by all but a few dealerships and energy and enthusiasm seems to be almost none existent. The BMW dealers I visited seemingly the least interested in selling a vehicle. A colleague recommended I look at Acura, and despite not really knowing the brand and only having seen older models that I wasn't that impressed with, I went along to the dealership closest to my office; Precision Acura. My intention on the visit was just to look at the range and maybe take a test drive; and that's pretty much what I did. There was no pressure from the sales guy, but he was attentive none-the-less. The moment I drove the 2015 TLX v6 I knew that would be my next car. But the question was where from. Sure Precision are closest to the office but I live nearly 50miles north. I pass one other dealership on the way home and there is a second only a few miles away. Since Precision had given me the first test drive, I felt it only fair to give them first shot at quoting. That's when their friendly and professional sales team really kicked in. Unlike some other dealerships, they were actually interested in working me a deal, trying to "win my business" (as the sales manager Mitchell put it). Through-out the process I was impressed at how open and honest they were, how they would try to get the best deal for me to fit in my budget. I was so impressed that I decided it was not worth my time to drive around to other Acura dealerships and get competitive quotes (besides the fact that mostly the pricing and deals are set by Acura). Through-out I worked with Raj, a very professional and knowledgeable guy. On collection day, after waiting a few days whilst they sourced me the exact spec and color combination I wanted (without charge), the finance guy (sorry I cannot recall his name, no offense I'm just bad with names) , was very quick and efficient and had me all done in a very short time. He passed me over to Raj who took me out to the car and showed me all the features and settings. Raj knew I am always pressed for time so he kept focused, showed me with clear instructions all the important pieces of tech and some how still managed to keep the whole thing down in duration. The end result I was on my way in my new car in about 1 hour (paperwork and demonstration). I would highly recommend Acura, the Acura TLX and Raj, Mitchell and the rest of the team over in Precision Acura More
