Too many hiccups in my experience Purchased a pre-owned certified car and the next day it was making intermittent noises. Brought the car to get it checked out and i was brushed off th Purchased a pre-owned certified car and the next day it was making intermittent noises. Brought the car to get it checked out and i was brushed off that the reason was the rock that got stuck and caused the noise. I was reassured that if the noise came back, i could bring the car right away, no appt needed and was provided a business card. The noise was back the next day. Emailed-nothing. Left a message-nothing. 2 days later From my 1st inquiry, my call was returned and i had to set up another appt to bring my car in. This time the technician was very knowledgeable and persistent to find the reason. We took a car for a ride and drove until the noise began. He did find the cause and fixed it. My other issue was trying to get the plates. Every time i was told the plates were arriving next week. Next week comes-nothing. 3 days b4 my temp plates expire i had to call again and this time turns out they dont have a title for the car. W/o title they cant request the plates. They found the title the same day thankfully; however my concern was whether i would have the plates b4 the temp ones expire. The person i talked to was clearly getting annoyed by my questions. Therefore, my experience has not been a pleasant one. More
