I just purchased an RDX in February. The Salesman connected the Blue Tooth for me. This past week I had to purchase a new phone. No one at Verizon could help. I drove over to the Precision Acura dealership in Princeton and asked if anyone could help me. Ahmed Heba came to the rescue. He was extremely friendly, kind and interested in my problem. He asked for my phone, we went to the car and he quickly connected the Blue Tooth. He knew exactly what to do and did it in an extremely helpful and kind way. It was a pleasure dealing with Ahmed. Great service at dealership, friendly staff and excellent used car inventory. Mr. Kent was a pleasure to do with business with. Has a vast knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, both Acura and other makes. My wife is expecting and we were looking for a new family car to buy that will meet our needs. Initially we thought of the 2013 RDX but after careful consideration and Ahmed’s advice, we opted to get the 201 car to buy that will meet our needs. Initially we thought of the 2013 RDX but after careful consideration and Ahmed’s advice, we opted to get the 2012 MDX, which we eventually thought was the right decision. He is direct to the point and very friendly. Thanks to Ahmed, he helped us save time “shopping around” and gave us a very good deal. We went in looking for trading in our car for maintence free car. We were just started looking on the lot at the used cars and Ahmed came out an approached us. Ahmed knew exactly how to treat me and worked to make my purchase a great experience. What he said the costs were going to be.....were actually the costs that I saw on the agreement! Imagine that....a dealer that actually stands behind their word and doesn't have any of those extra surprise costs at closing! I drove over 1 hour to this dealership because of Jacqui and Ahmed and I could not be any more pleased with the experience!
