The price listed was very reasonable and the mileage was exactly where I wanted it to be. I called Precision and spoke to Debro Kent. We hit it off immediately because it turns out we both grew up in the same area. When I got to Precision, Debro answered every question that I had. There was no hassle or negotiation needed. The price was right, and there were no exhorbitant fees that most dealers try to add on (like Acura of Manhattan). In addition to that, the finance rate I received was amazing. Before my wife and I left the dealer, Debro took it upon himself to thoroughly walk around the MDX with me. He made sure that the minor scratches were buffed out. He actually got his hands dirty and detailed the car himself. He wore the hats of both salesman and serviceman that day. The car looked as close as you can get to being brand new. Overall, I had a great experience at Precision and I would encourage anyone looking for a CPO Acura to go there and ask for Debro Kent. You won't be disappointed. More

I worked with Ronnie (and Ray Fagin) for several months trying to figure out whether to purchase my leased TL or lease the 2011 or wait for the 2012 TL. It went down to the wire on my 2008 lease and I pull trying to figure out whether to purchase my leased TL or lease the 2011 or wait for the 2012 TL. It went down to the wire on my 2008 lease and I pulled the trigger on the 2011 last week. Ronnie's help was key in me making what was the right decision for me. No buyers remorse. Drove in with 2008 TL and in two hours drove out with 2011. PS This is the fourth TL I have leased from Precision Acura and Ronnie. My local Acura dealer conversely tried to offer me only the stock that they had and even tried to get me a more expensive SH-AWD that I didn't want. Ronnie Dubow took over the sale and then obtained the car for me and made the process so seamless and hassle free that my only time having to go visit the dealer was to pick up the car. It was the best possible experience I could have had and Ronnie was very helpful. Not to mention that he gave me the complete run through of the car when I picked it up. More

Looking for a certified MDX I called a few dealers but only Precision Acura got back to me in a reasonable time period. Every employee I met smiled and asked me if I needed assistance. I felt very comfortable. We couldn't come to an agreement on price so I walked out a little disappointed but Sammy told me not to worry. The next morning I n received an e-mail from Tom G to thank me for stopping in and to find out if he could help work out a mutually agreeable price. I gave him my parameters. I was getting ready to visit other dealers when I received a call from Sam that Tom had intervened and came within $200 of my ideal price. I agreed to the price I explained that I wouldn't be able to pick up the car until Friday because I had no ride they offered to pick me up at home 45 minutes away. I picked up my car and it was spotless with a full tank of gas. Two friends are headed there next weekend to buy cars I can't say enough about the service I received. This is the way to sell cars. We are shipping the car down to FL and could have purchased one down there. But given our experience at Precision, there was absolutely no reason to look elsewhere. He gave me an excellent no money down deal (nearly), and even bettered it as I had a budget an another car (Camry XLE) in mind. Although his deal was higher, I was more pleased with the service, quality of the car, and decided to spend more. I have already recommended Jim and Precision Acura to my best friend that will go there when his Honda lease ends. I walked out 2X as I needed to test drive the Acura twice, then drive the Camry another time before my mind was set on the Acura. His deal did not change, nor did it increase. He honored his commitment to me and earned my business and WILL get my repeat business--of that there is a 100% certainty. Enev waiting in the waiting room I was offered excellent coffee for free and all the staff was friendly and professional.
