Best Service Ever Experienced My car was hit twice by the same driver who then denied that it was her fault. Her insurance company was not playing fair and told me they did not acc My car was hit twice by the same driver who then denied that it was her fault. Her insurance company was not playing fair and told me they did not accept liability. I figured I would have to go through my insurance company so I went to Precision Acura and told Steve what happened and asked him for an estimate. Steve then offered to call the other driver's insurance company. He was able to speak to someone about the claim and got information that they would not give me. The insurance company refused to send someone out to take pictures of my car's damages and kept telling me they would call me, not to call them. In short, Steve took care of everything. I did not have to make any more phone calls and Steve would call me to update me on his progress. Two weeks later, the insurance company called me and said they would pay for all the repairs to my car and that I should go ahead and take the car to the dealership. What Steve did to help me was above and beyond, and showed how very capable and knowlegeable he is. He is also very understanding and takes the time to listen when I tell him about any issues with my car. He then gets them taken care of immediately. Thanks again Steve. Terrible and poor service I took my car to Acura for maintenance. I had to take it back 3 times because my car was not properly serviced. During the 3rd visit I had to have my car towed there because my car was not serviced by a mechanic who cared. Now they want me to pay over $1,000 to have my car towed back home. They took advantage of a single black mother who depends on her car to provide for her children. More
Herin always has time for me, significant or not Herin is the Finance/Business Manager but when I have questions about the car, that don't require a service tech, Herin always tells me to bring it in Herin is the Finance/Business Manager but when I have questions about the car, that don't require a service tech, Herin always tells me to bring it in so he can take a look at it and give me an answer. So far, he has never been wrong. There's a lot I know don't about cars and even though sometimes I feel embarrassed asking, Herin never makes me feel ridiculous or stupid when I ask, He takes the time to explain, and sometimes to show me, whatever it is I need to know. Herin also worked out my deal for me to lease the car and I am very happy with it. I have never once felt that anyone at Precision Acura has tried to take advantage of me. More

Total time was under two hours for maintenance plus wheel alignment. The alignment wasn't part of maintenance but we drive a lot and I had a coupon. Did some work in a quiet room, logged into my firm's network without problems. Had very nice coffee. All good. More
