Nice facility, horrible wait time. My appointment was at 11:30am. I waited in my car until 12pm for an advisor. It was just an oil change and my wait was more then 3hrs. My car was promised for 2pm and it was ready until 3:45pm. Honestly, you are lacking organization, you were much better organized in your previous location. It's a nice building, but poorly organized, it should not take 30min to wait to see an advisor or 3hr 40min for an oil change, if I had an appointment, then was the point of scheduling an appointment? I took my car in for a Recall to be repaired. The service advisor recommended additional services which I authorized at time.
