Immediately, I was answered by a rude operator who told me that there was no such thing as a rear diffuser. I was baffled! Even if there was no such thing as one, I took the time to explain that it is also called a rear bumper valance and it was the part where the exhaust tips came out of and yet, he still claimed that there was no such thing. Horrible The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The operator answering the phone was extremely rude. I left my car there to only have it go in for minor fixes, I was told I could pick up my car after service was closed. I call to ensure around 530pm. There was nothing communicated, so now I have no car for the weekend when I should have had my car the day of. I ask to talk to manager to see if maybe I could receive my car somehow or even my work keys attached the my keys. Apparently AJ OR AD was "busy" didn't ask for a call back number or even hear my voice. Because he was too "busy" I received far better service at the puente hills chevy. MIND YOU I BOUGHT THE TRUCK AT THE BUENA PARK CHEVY. Their customer service here has been horrible since I've bought the car. More
