Bad experience Simple radio change out on my Ram 2500 took two weeks because of programming from factory. Air bag recall, 1 or 2 days for parts. My experience was not so great do not go there My experience was not great at all do not go there I went here three times brought my car in and all four times the problem was not fixed and it took My experience was not great at all do not go there I went here three times brought my car in and all four times the problem was not fixed and it took hrs onhrs just to get updates about my vehicle only to be told we havent got to it yet after their manager told me that they would get to it by 10am didnt get my car till 5 after dropping it off at 8 and 9am, only upside is that the recalls were done but my Dash was pulled up my mirror was broken and put back on like nothing happened and the service manager just said we didn't do that here maybe it happened at a shopping mall so you mean to tell me that somebody at a shopping mall hit my car put my mirror back on the correct way like nothing happened and drove off if somebody at a shopping mall had that much time on the hand then the world is coming to an end but for my Dash and my mirror he just said we didn't do those here but it wasn't like that when I drop my car off but when I pick it up I have those two issues not to mention nobody test drove my car until the second time no the third time I brought it in and then going to try to sell me a service then gave me the number to the claims department where they gave the claims department guy the runaround and then ultimately hung up in his face after me being on hold with him for 30 minutes then they put us back on hold for an additional 20 minutes ultimately hanging up so the experience I had being a customer to this dealership service department was the worst I have had yet I do not recommend nobody going to them with their vehicle but if you did not have a bad experience then God was with you More
