Excellent, Knowledgeable & Extremely Patient Service Nathan was Amazing, he answered ALL of our questions patiently & we had soooooo many! He spent hours w/ us, we test drove 3 models & we never once fel Nathan was Amazing, he answered ALL of our questions patiently & we had soooooo many! He spent hours w/ us, we test drove 3 models & we never once felt like we were bothering him with our barrage of questions. We are in our 60s & he never made us feel old by our lack of technical knowledge. He just kept being helpful. Nathan is very experienced & extremely knowledgeable about cars (which pleased my husband) We highly recommend this patient & respectful young man. They really take care of you there! I came in to look at a Sportage that I fell in love with. Due to some issues with my trade in it was a challenge to get me financed on the new car. My Kia Experience I went to Premier Kia to see what they had to offer as my current vehicle was approaching end of the lease. For various reasons I knew I wasn't going I went to Premier Kia to see what they had to offer as my current vehicle was approaching end of the lease. For various reasons I knew I wasn't going to stay with the familiar brand of car I'd driven for about 15 years and after hearing good things about the Sportage I decided to a look. I was not immediately attacked by eager salesmen when I walked in. I was introduced to Jeremy, explained my situation and was introduced to the 2018 Sportage EX. Less than 24 hours later I was picking up my new car. Premier Kia stayed within my budget, offered incentives, and worked to help make the transition process as easy as possible. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The best part, there was no pressure or persistence from Jeremy's end. He answered all my questions and did a great job. It was extremely easy and comfortable doing business with Kia. I will gladly recommend Premier Kia of Branford to family and friends! Many thanks to Jeremy, Jeff and Carlos! More

Looked into our Costco Membership in hopes could find a deal however Costco referred us to Premier in Branford. Within three days I am happy to say that I am driving a beautiful Optima. Nathan who was our salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable of Kia products and may I say not pushy but was proactive. Shady service practices Went to Kia looking to get out of my 10yr old nissan maxima. It was falling apart little by little. When I got there I was greeted my Mitch. He was very nice and helpful also he understood what I was trying to accomplish. We found a highlander awd that I liked and the finance guy (Jason) worked real hard to get me approved. Jason was excellent in working the finance magic to get me what I wanted......even if he is a COWBOYS FAN! LOL. I would recommend them to anybody and already have. They are an excellent dealership. I recommended they to a coworker who bought a car, then my wike bought a 2010 Sorrento. Well they replaced a part on the drivers side mirror and the mechanic broke the clips that hold the mirrir in place. It falls out when driving. Went back to have them fix it and they said how do we know we did it and would fix the part they broke. They were the only ones to touch the car. I will not be goung back there and will never recommend them ever. More
