My budget was tight but my needs were high, with high commuter miles and lots of moving stuff around. Nathan Glazewski promised I would get what I needed, not just with the trade-in and sale, but with service and support for as long as I owned the vehicle. I loved my car and found his promise to be rock solid for the few issues that arose. With my car coming off warranty and new tires and breaks needed on the horizon, Nathan had no trouble getting me into an upgrade - a literal upgrade! Same make, same model, same color, better gas mileage, safety features, cooler styling, longer warranty, better financing and faster turn around. Just hours between walking in asking for advice to driving off in my new-old favorite car, financing and all. A true pleasure doing business there with the whole team there. Heartily recommended. Dave gave me the totals for the incentives over the phone without hesitation. My husband and I paid a visit to Premier Kia the next day. When we arrived Cynthia was ready to show us the car while our trade in was being evaluated. There are quite a few tech features which Cynthia patiently went over. After that, we sat down and Dave already had a lease proposal drawn up that was straight forward, easy to read. We did our homework on the value of our trade in which made our decision easy. There was no hard sell on their end at all. This is our first foray with an all electric vehicle and our second time leasing a vehicle. Overall a positive experience at this dealership.
