She had a 2012 Sportage which was totaled but held up great no injuries to her or her two friends so we decided to go back to Premier. She found a 2017 Sportage that she really liked l told her don't show too much enthusiasm but she did not listen. We were able to come to a hassle and haggle free deal. Bob Alvine runs a first class dealership. Christina, Pat Cosgrove and Frank Williams are great to deal with. More

Ironically, I ended up choosing the highest model only because I loved the look of it, not because of any pressure from Nathan. Nathan is also extremely knowledgeable about all of the high tech features, including Apple car play, which was a huge selling point for me. I would definitely return to Nathan for my next car and would highly recommend him for a very pleasant car buying experience. More

Horrible, Disgusting Terrible Service Don't ever get your car serviced there or buy a car from them. They will not take ownership for their mistakes. They will treat you like complete crap and not even care. The service department manager is awful and so rude. They did a simple routine oil change on my car and while driving down the highway my car lost all its oil because their "extensively trained mechanic" didn't remove the old gasket from the old oil filter. I had to have my car towed and got a bill from a mechanic I trust for $70. When I called KIA they accused me of lying and I brought them the bill and the report from the other shop. They refused to reimburse me the $70 and completely disrespected me. They should be disgusted with how they treated me. I will never ever buy another KIA because of how they treated me. Completely disgusted. More
