I felt like they listened and didn't try to mislead or give any false information just to get the sale. Everything was fully explained including prices, financing, and warrantee options. The staff really worked together to provide an exceptional car buying experience. I highly recommend Premier Kia of Branford and will definitely be buying future cars from there. More

Anyone can make a mistake, but how many things can really go wrong with one customer experience. We had bought a used optima from them a few years ago. An all around great experience, great service after sale etc( all service done there ) . That car needed replacing due to an accident, and my wife was dead set on going there again. We had a horrible experience this time around. From the first KIA CPO car they almost sold us not really being CPO (even though it was advertised on their website, marked as such on the windshield and flag AND sold by the salesman as KIA cpo.) I found out on my own just before delivery that it couldn't be due to mileage. When I called to double check I was told again that it was, and only when I asked why we were not offered the CPO interest rate I was told otherwise. We later got an email blaming it on the detailer for marking the car incorrectly on the lot, and the people that put them on the website. They offered to sell us a warranty for $ 1900 to compensate for the error. Thanks!!! Next issue was trying to get the deposit back on that vehicle, despite the fact that the check was deposited the next day and had already cleared our bank the company policy is no refund for 2 weeks even though the check cleared and that it was their misrepresentation of the vehicle that caused the issue to begin with. Next we were contacted by the insurance company that our vehicle that was totaled still had a lien on it even though we purchased it in cash from this dealer without taking any loan. Okay, mistakes can happen, we give them the benefit of the doubt and just ask them to contact Chase to work it out. Kenny says he'll handle it. A week goes by with no word. My wife calls him and with no sense of urgency just keeps saying in quite an annoyed tone " it's in the mail from chase" nothing he can do.. Two more days, no word, my wife finally leaves a message for the owner, and now Kenny finally follows through on it. Chase never mailed it and he would have it overnighted. Got the lien release 2 days later. We get an email apologizing for this and offering us $500 off a new vehicle, but we are looking to purchase a used car, no offer on that for our inconvenience., but whatever, I'm not gonna beg anyone to make things right, they should do that on their own. Tom Bakes was supposed to call us to work things out when he got "back in town". Still waiting on that call...Despite all this my wife felt strong enough about their service dept that when another CPO vehicle came in that was what she was looking for, we made the purchase despite all this mess. I will say that Nate did a good job after he got involved and Patrick Cosgrove was as helpful as he could be with the issues, but most of the others really left me with a bad taste. Not sure what changed between our first purchase a few years ago and now, but it wasn't for the better. More

The second my husband and I w Traded in a 2011 Kia Soul (which I LOVED) and bought a brand new 2015 Kia Sorento from Premier - We couldn't be happier! The second my husband and I walked into the dealership, we got a good vibe. Everyone was extremely friendly. We ended up working with Mitch & Patrick. We were thrilled with them, really nice knowledgeable guys and they actually LISTENED to us. That was a big deal as we have had some dissapointing experiences with other dealerships in the past. We told them exactly what we were looking for and that is exactly what we left with. Yes, of course they gave us all the options and suggested deals and features (we were REALLY surprised to hear that the 2016's were already on the lot!) That is their job, they did it well and at no point did we feel pressured. Patrick helped us get a great deal. I know the money stuff can be stressful, but he sure did work with us to get us where we needed to be, went above an beyond. One of the easiest and least stressful car buying experiences ever. I also want to mention that we had a remote car starter installed, it was on back order so we had to come back the following week for installation. Jamie in the service department was really very nice and helped to make the entire process painless. Mitch arranged for us to have use of a loaner car and that made things so easy. Once the starter was installed Andre was so nice and brave and stood outside with us in freezing weather to show us how to use it. I just really like how everyone in service and sales work together as a team. We have a Kia dealership about 8 minutes from our home. We chose Premier because we were dissapointed with the sales dept at that particular dealership. Premier is almost 40 minutes from our home. I was worried that it would be too inconvenient of a drive to have service done, but after our experience I am happy to cross the bridge to see our friends at Premier. Thanks! More

New Kia Soul Premier was the 3rd of 3 dealerships I visited when looking for a new car, I dealt with Luigi "Lou" D'Aria from sales and can honestly say that Lou tr Premier was the 3rd of 3 dealerships I visited when looking for a new car, I dealt with Luigi "Lou" D'Aria from sales and can honestly say that Lou treated me with respect, no high pressure tactics, just a nice guy who took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend Lou to anyone looking to buy a car at Premier. He's an honest guy. I dealt with Kenny Schmitz in finance for the loan transaction, and something happened there that if I didn't experience it for myself I wouldn't believe it to be true, I originally signed papers for my loan at 2.9% and was called back 2 or 3 days later to re-sign a few new papers. Kenny had informed me that Kia had lowered my interest rate to 1.9% and they just needed a couple of signatures in order to make this happen. Never have I heard of a dealer passing along that sort of savings, actually I once had a dealer (not Premier) try to raise my rate when I came in to sign the papers. Kenny also is a straight shooter, and treated me with honesty and respect. I appreciate that more than you can imagine. Nobody wants high pressure sales tactics and lies when buying a car, or anything else. Since my Kia Soul is brand new I don't have any experience with service or parts to date, but I did have questions and spoke with Jamie in service, she was very pleasant, listened to the questions I had, answered most of them on the spot, and the ones she wasn't sure of she said she would find out about and get back to me with an answer. She did indeed get back to me within 30 minutes, and sent an email with a link making sure that I understood and can see the answer as she explained it to me. I like Premier Kia a lot and thus far things have been great, I trust as we progress on they will remain as an above average dealership with some really good people. I plan on heading back there in the spring to look at a nice new car for my wife. More

We decided the best way to acquire the car would be to take the trainS (yes plural). Starting from Toms River, NJ, I drove to Long Branch and got the Train to NY Penn, then took the subway train to Grand Central, at that time we walked to find the connection to the Metro North Train. After arriving at New Haven, Nathan picked us up at the train station with My Soul car. We were greeted with friendliness and tea at the dealership. After having questions about the back tires, Mike the mechanic eased our concerns. The staff answered many questions, completed the paperwork and we were on our way back to NJ (but not my train) . Thank you, we are enjoying My Soul. More
