Brought car in for a recall to be checked OH MY HEAVENS, WHAT A SURPRISE. Brought my car in for a emissions check due to a letter I received from KIA. Fully expected to wait forever and be t OH MY HEAVENS, WHAT A SURPRISE. Brought my car in for a emissions check due to a letter I received from KIA. Fully expected to wait forever and be told I had all this stuff that needed to be done and walk out $500. less. NOT AT ALL, Very friendly and polite, the young man at the front desk was. Put plastic on my steering wheel and the seat as well. He also, walked me out to my car and took it away. I was told it would take an hour, it took maybe 25 mins. NO one tried to tell me I need more work. No cost at all and they washed my car too. Thank you so much, Sheri Burghart More

Nathan was great made the buying process so easy and painless. Nathan has everything set up for us by the time we arrived so all we had to do was look at car sign paper work and 20 minutes later we were painless.
