Great Experience I shopped for a new vehicle as my leased vehicle needed to be returned in two months. I had been going back and forth between a Kia and a Toyota with I shopped for a new vehicle as my leased vehicle needed to be returned in two months. I had been going back and forth between a Kia and a Toyota with an equipment comparison/price. I found the Kia Optima S surpassing my Toyota Camry dollar-wise. Since I had a lot of time, I scoured the web for cars and deals for the end of the year for deals and sales...Kia always came out on top. My salesperson, Jessica M was just what I needed in a salesperson. I am an older person who has had many vehicles and I don't tolerate the hard sell sales dance. I was at the Kia dealership at least three times before I closed. Jessica kept in touch with me by text and phone which was not a problem and she certainly addressed all my questions proving she was knowledgable about the vehicle, an Optima S, that I was considering. The finance dept manager, Carlos Trindade, was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the transaction without incident. Usually, other finance people in other dealerships are not a pleasure to deal with but Mr. Trindade was a pleasure. There was one more person who ran the numbers, Mario, who was also pleasant, knowledgable, and most helpful when dealing with me. Omar in service set up my first appointment. He explained the process and what I needed. He too was great. I am an opinioned older woman who wants what she wants without a lot { in my mind} useless middle stuff. Kia fit my checking off everything I needed especially with Jessica M assisting and guiding me. I wholeheartedly recommend Kia Premier of Branford with Jessica M as your sales contact!!! More

Great Car Good Price Good Service Nathan was the salesperson that helped me out and showed me EVERYTHING about the car. This guy really knew his stuff and took the time to show me all Nathan was the salesperson that helped me out and showed me EVERYTHING about the car. This guy really knew his stuff and took the time to show me all the little features of the car. Jeff the sales manager helped get me a good price before even going in. Carlos in finance helped get me a good rate and had me driving the car off the lot no problem. I would have given a full 5 stars BUT there was one minor (yet very annoying and time consuming) setback. The tires were bad and needed to be replaced. Now I drove 3 hours away to get this car and had to come back to get them replaced... Thankfully it was done free of charge (other than my Wednesday). The fact that it was resolved and they compensated for gas allowed me to post this 4 star review with total confidence. Nobody's perfect but these guys are close! More
