Mr. Ferris, As stated by you - you bought a great car! In fact, it was sold to you meeting all required legal standards in the state of CT as well as a complimentary 6 month/6,000 mile powertrain warranty that we include on the majority of our used cars for customers peace of mind. When we spoke 48 hours after you took delivery of the vehicle you had not yet had the vehicle inspected, you had a friend look at it for you. We asked that you please have it inspected and bring the inspection report with you to your appointment on this past Tuesday. We did discuss that we do not remove tints from the rear windows when they have defrosters - this is a steadfast policy due to the high likelihood of the defroster becoming damaged. There was no further discussion with you and you never produced the state inspection. To clarify, I do not believe per the State of MA motor vehicles that there were any other issues in your inspection. This small issue could have been easily resolved but unfortunately that is not the route that you chose with us but we take pride in our used vehicles and our employees and I am sorry that you felt that this was the best route to take but I wish you well with your vehicle.
