Disappointed We have owned a Suburu since 1999 and also purchased a used GMC pick up from this dealer. We recently purchased a 2019 Forrester and discovered the We have owned a Suburu since 1999 and also purchased a used GMC pick up from this dealer. We recently purchased a 2019 Forrester and discovered the VIN etching was not completed. We requested a refund as the service was not done and we no longer wished to have the etching. After multiple requests over the past week we still have not received a call back or any other confirmation the refund will be sent. Unfortunately or next action will be to contact the State to receive our refund. It is very unfortunate to be treated this way. We were generally content with the service they provided, Carlos demonstrating the vehicle was excellent, but are now left considering other options for servicing the vehicle. More
