Highly recommended Subaru dealer in Watertown, CT I was looking for a new Subaru. The people at this dealership are all knowledgeable and friendly. They clearly explained the differences in the vari I was looking for a new Subaru. The people at this dealership are all knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel at all pressured or rushed and when I made my decision they were very helpful in explaining the various extended warranty and financing options. I would definitely recommend this dealer when in the market for a new or used Subaru. I have also used this dealer for service on my prior Subaru. Disappointed We have owned a Suburu since 1999 and also purchased a used GMC pick up from this dealer. We recently purchased a 2019 Forrester and discovered the VIN etching was not completed. We requested a refund as the service was not done and we no longer wished to have the etching. After multiple requests over the past week we still have not received a call back or any other confirmation the refund will be sent. Unfortunately or next action will be to contact the State to receive our refund. It is very unfortunate to be treated this way. We were generally content with the service they provided, Carlos demonstrating the vehicle was excellent, but are now left considering other options for servicing the vehicle. More

5 Star rating I could not restore our 1985 Oldsmobile Toronado and maintain her and our 1998 Buick Century without my fiancé Raymond (who is in Heaven) so I had to I could not restore our 1985 Oldsmobile Toronado and maintain her and our 1998 Buick Century without my fiancé Raymond (who is in Heaven) so I had to start looking for a reliable car. My brother suggested an AWD to get me thru our hills in winter. Subaru seemed like a good AWD choice and I test drove the Forester, Crosstrek and Impreza. I decided on the Impreza and test drove them at 5 different Subaru dealers in our area. I test drove with John Risk and he let me take TWO Subaru dog toys home for our pups. John showed me the service area and I liked that they have valet service. Premier was the only dealer that sent me the $25 gift card for test driving a vehicle! I emailed back and forth with Michael asking about different Impreza out the door prices and he was able to get me almost the best deal on a silver 5 door Impreza. I asked if he could throw in a free cargo tray to get close to the other dealer’s out the door price and Michael agreed. I chose Premier over the other dealer because Premier offers a lifetime power train warranty (other benefits they have are 3 day exchange, complimentary loaners, car washes, roadside assistance, safety checks ectera). On my take home day, Darlene showed me how to work all the Impreza features. Joe in Finance took the time to explain all the merits of getting add ons like GAP insurance, auto armor, and extended warranty. Joe NEVER pressured me to purchase any of them. My very first new car experience was very sad without Ray, but Premier helped me along the way and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you John, Michael, Joe & Darlene and I look forward to seeing you again on 3/9/19 when “Silver” gets her very first service! More

My father is a bit difficult of a person to understand We walked into premier Subaru with the intention of purchasing a used cross trek for my father. My father is a bit difficult of a person to understand and get along with and he’s very difficult to please. I typically serve as his assistant and buffer. No buffer was necessary. My father was absolutely impressed by Vincent and we walked out of premier subaru with a down payment on a brand new limited cross trek and my father singing Vincents’s praises. He had good product knowledge and could explain the history of Subaru and why this make is set apart from any other. Vincent was both patient and understanding as we processed and weighed out the options. And this was very appreciated. He gave me his cell phone number so that i could reach him directly if either myself or my dad had a question. Over the course of the 2 weeks we waited for dads car to come in, Vincent remembered who were were and details about our first meeting. He sent a thank you card to me personally after we ordered the car and a thank you card to my dad after we picked up the car and a bouquet of sunflowers the day we picked up the car, all kind and above and beyond gestures. More
