"A seamless transaction"

Sarah Ritenour was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about her vehicles and explained them thoroughly. We were especially interested in the safety options which were new since our last Subaru. Sarah gave us all the time we needed and demonstrated all the features. One question she couldn’t answer immediately, but within 5 minutes she had tracked down the information and relayed it to us. Because we selected a combination of color and options that was not in stock, it took a while to complete the purchase. She kept us regularly informed of the status of our order and kept the transaction running smoothly. Sarah is a complete professional and we would totally recommend her. Carlos Batista is the technology genius. After the sale was completed, he spent about an hour demonstrating all the computerized features (and others too). He was very patient with two techno-phobics, explaining all the new features and setting up the interface between the car and our phone. He told us to call him if we needed any further help. When coming home from the dealership we receive a phone call through the car’s blue tooth when we were about a block from our house. We live in an area notorious for very poor cell service and fairly regular power outages. We can’t receive cell calls at home and frequently have to wait extended periods for text messages to transmit, however in the car, we were able to keep the signal. This gives us a viable way to communicate if we lose our landline, a nice and totally unexpected bonus.

"I was dreading having to buy a new vehicle"

I really was putting off looking for a new vehicle. Once I narrowed down the brand I started visiting other Subaru dealers. I ultimately settled with Premier for multiple reasons. They weren’t pushy on just trying to sell me a new car. John Risk wanted to make sure my decision made sense for my needs. He didn’t pressure me even when it was bitterly cold outside. We drive multiple cars and even models before I finally decided. I love that you don’t need to negotiate. The prices are set for what you decide on. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Premier. Joe in the finance department was so knowledgeable and helped to make decisions without just trying to sell me on more upgrades. A very surprising and enjoyable experience. Thank you
