I had the pleasure of dealing with Service Writer Ericka Hafford and all started like every other service appointment discussing the work to be performed and the time it would take which seemed long but without any options. When Ericka asked if I knew where the waiting room was located I told her that due to covid concerns I would be waiting outside. Much to my surprise Ericka came to find me almost an hour earlier than estimated to tell me it would only be another 10 minutes or so to finish up a complementary wash. While I understand that many people were involved I firmly believe it was Ericka's intervention on my behalf that made the difference. I couldn't be more grateful and this is truly extraordinary customer service. Thank you. More
