Keith & Rob persisted to find a solution so that I didn't have to order a new one & be without automatic access. They also enlisted Gary's help & they all kept trying new strategies to fix it. Security is very important to me & I appreciated their going the extra mile! Ultimately Rob found a new fob for me that worked. When I went to pay they would not charge me, (I had paid for the battery for the old fob). THat is great customer service! Marge Weiner More

Patient, knowledgable and really helpful I had been driving a minivans for the last twenty years (yes really!) while raising my kids and my current one has 170,000 miles on it. With the kids off at college, buying a car for *me* was long overdue but actually a pretty daunting task. I spent a lot of time thoroughly researching and was looking for something small(ish), reliable, safe, and of course, fun and cute! I test drove many different cars from Kia, Honda, Chevvy, Buick and went to many different dealerships. I was of course very intersetd in Subaru because of their safety record, AWD on all cars (thats hard to find in a small car) and reliability, but wasnt convinced the Subaru style would be for me, and felt it looked a bit dull, not fun enough. When I walked into the Premier Subaru I was so happy to meet Nadine--wonderful to have a female salesperson! She was so helpful, and patient with all my questions and we hit it off right away! Having thought I would be buying a gently used car, I soon realized a new one would be a much better choice and I am now the proud owner of a brand new Impreza in the best looking blue I have seen on the road! I am absolutley thrilled! We had a great price, and it is so much fun to drive! I plan to keep this car for quite some time, and I am confident It was a good decision. I cant recommned Nadine highly enough--the whole expereince was very enjoyable, which is the opposite of what I pictured it would be like buying a car! More

After much research and comparison shopping of dealerships, and considering reviews and Consumer Reports, I decided on Premier Subaru in Branford and a 2017 Legacy. My sister and daughter both own a Subaru (Imprezza and Forrester respectively) and they love them, but Ted made my decision so easy. He was very courteous and professional as he patiently explained the features of the Legacy to my sister and then again to my husband. The process was seamless. Ted was more than accommodating when we had to change our meeting schedule and he made sure that we were comfortable in the car, and knew everything about it before we left the lot. We could not have had a better experience with our trade-in. This task was treated with respect which was really appreciated as I do tend to form attachments to my vehicles. I plan to own this Legacy for a long time. Thank you so much Ted for making this a happy experience. My best regards! More
