She found the keys and we went for a test drive. An hour later I was driving out of the dealership with the car I wanted at the price I expected. There was no "high-pressure" which I appreciated. As I reiterated to Rose: "As a consumer; I "buy the product...as well as the seller"; and Rose did a great job in both areas with her courtesy and helpfulness. Rob Welikovic in the Finance Department was also extremely helpful in that area.
