We didn't start out to buy another new car - we were having my 2012 Subaru Forester serviced and were given a 2016 model to drive and I fell in love with it. So we asked about purchasing one and asked for a referral for a new sales person because our previous sales person is now managing the other Premier site in Watertown. We were referred to Luke Pannone. It was a pleasure to deal with him - he is most professional, knowlegable and personable. We met with him on a Saturday afternoon and before long that visit - he had sold us a car. He handled the paperwork most professionally and made arrangements for us to pick up the car a few days later - we also went great. I would most highly recommend him as a salesman. More

We were in the market for a new car but had never owned a Subaru. We are happy to say we are first time Subaru owners now. The process of test driving, negotiating and finally purchasing our Subaru Outback was unlike any other car buying experience I have had yet. Jason Jarkes was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He got us in a Subaru we felt comfortable with and could afford. After going through the purchasing and loan paperwork with Rob Welkovic, Jason went into detail about all the technological aspects of our new car worked and how to use them for a little over an hour. This was not expected but VERY helpful. Most dealerships would just give you the keys and you'd be on your way to figure it out yourselves. Jason also emphasized that if there was anything else over the next coming days or weeks to just give him a call. Rob was also a pleasure to deal with and explained things clearly and provided visual models about the warranties and financial aspect. My husband and I are happy Subaru owners and highly recommend this dealership. More

Great no hassle experience I stopped into Premier by chance to look at a car and met Luke who treated my family and I like we were old customers.
