My salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel that I was her first and ONLY priority. Her introduction to my new car was incredible, she touched on each and every feature in such detail that by the time I drove my car off the lot, I had ZERO questions!! My sit-down with the financial office was informative and very useful. I felt that all of my questions had been answered in a way that I could understand. I was at the dealership today making a parts purchase when my salesperson drove into the parking lot. I felt like I was seeing an old friend again! I would highly recommend Premier Subaru to anyone who asked. More

This dealer is only .5 miles from our residents and has been our first choice to purchase from this we started looking over a year ago. During that year I investigated many different brands both online and at the dealerships. Eventually, we round up with that first choice from a year ago from the deal of our choice at that time. I was almost turned off by a negative view of this dealer from a friend of ours. He said they were impossible to deal with. Fortunately, I continued talking to them. I went to four sales reps before the final purchase. We had rapport with Alex and wound up purchasing through him. Alex was able to get us the deal that we wanted. I had another dealer make me an offer and Alex got his sales manager to match it. There was still a lot of work to be done after agreeing on the price. Alex led us through all the choices we had to make through him enthusiastically and without the normal high pressure that a salesperson can subject you to. We were then turned over to Rodney who helped does finalize our auto loan and to make several other choices of what additional warranty items we might want. Rodney was very pleasant to work with and we wound up taking almost everything he offered us. I wasn't going to do this but I finally decided that at our age we needed peace of mind that came with our choices. Alex introduced us to the service department where everybody seems so nice. Of course all of this is our initial impression of the dealership. Our impressions might change over time depending upon our experiences. I will try to give an annual update of our opinion of this dealership and of the warranty options that we took. More
