When we walked into the sales showroom, David Taylor, General Sales Manager, worked closely with us. We know the car we want to buy - David listened and we completed the purchase in less than 20 minutes. We were treated fairly, honestly, and with the utmost courtesy. David was kind and patient with my wife allaying her concerns - he treated my wife with respect. Herman Winston, Sales Consultant, made us feel like VIP customers. He found the exact car we wanted, kept us informed on the expected delivery date and on the day we picked up our car Herman greeted us with a beautiful smile and took the time to walk us through the car's features. He has an energetic warm personality. We met with Rob Weljkovic, Business Manager, who was efficient, knowledgable and made the closing process easy and relaxed - and what a clean desk he keeps. Trish Young, Sales Manager, is friendly and accessible to customers. When she saw us sitting in our new Subaru she came over to wish us well- what a nice personal touch. The entire team at Premier Subaru is fantastic and there seems to be a lot of camaraderie and willingness to work together - there is always someone greeting us or available to assist. horrible customer service Custom ordered car , delivered as planned except bike rack not there on pick up day 12/22/15 , stain on seat belt, was told "let it dry and see if it Custom ordered car , delivered as planned except bike rack not there on pick up day 12/22/15 , stain on seat belt, was told "let it dry and see if it goes away" 1/2/16 called and emailed three times with no response,decided to call sales manager, he returned message and informed us the salesman no longer works there, we preceded to tell him our "issues" and he said he will check to see if the salesman wrote down our seat belt issue, then a week later was told the bike rack is on backorder, keep in mind everything was ordered on 9/30/15, meanwhile we keep getting request to fill out customer surveys, still no calls on the apparently "priceless" bike rack now 39 days after car delivery day not to mention we will "look at" stained seat belt when you pick up the bike rack, was told to us by sales manager, our new salesperson sent out an email asking "how are you and your car are doing?" on 1/14/16, can't wait to see this bike rack!!! WOW is about all that comes to mind.... More

I gave the showroom sales people a big hello and asked if anyone could assist me. Jason Jarkes didn't hesitate one second. He came out to my Forester and assisted me. Also, Helena O'Connell assisted us with her knowledge, my issue was solved within minutes, I have puchased my last 3 cars from Premier and wouldn't ever go anyplace else.
