How buying a car should be! I visited Premier Subaru several weeks ago with my old man to see about trading in his Subaru BRZ and getting him into an Outback or a Forester. For t I visited Premier Subaru several weeks ago with my old man to see about trading in his Subaru BRZ and getting him into an Outback or a Forester. For this run we met with Ted Astarita. After two test drives and Ted showing us the features in each model, I sided with the Outback. Ted got my father a great trade in and gave him a deal he was completely satisfied with. No aggressive sales nonsense. Weeks later, the Outback was delivered to Premier and we setup a time with Ted to finalize the deal. We then met with Rob Weljkovic who got us through the final process easily without any hassle. This is my second time experience with Premier Subaru, and I have been pleased both times. It was the third time for my father, who has been a Premier Subaru customer since summer of 2006. Overall the staff is friendly, courteous, and the process has always been easy. I am pleased with how we are treated, and the Outback my father got is fantastic! More

My long awaited Outback It's been 3 years that I've wanted an Outback. I have never heard one negative comment from anyone that I spoke to that owned one or knew of someone It's been 3 years that I've wanted an Outback. I have never heard one negative comment from anyone that I spoke to that owned one or knew of someone who owned one. Dealing with Barbara Mullen has been a total pleasure. She is probably the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. I was in customer service most of my working career so I know how difficult it can be. I felt like I was at home and she was my best friend when dealing with her. Her work knowledge is superb and if asked a question that she did not have an immediate answer for, which was rare, you know you would have one pretty quickly. Because of the demand for the Outback and the requirements I had, my car had to be ordered. Barbara always kept me updated on the current status. If I called with a question and had to leave here a message her response was immediate. Barbara is definitely 5 stars to me. Rob Welijkovic was also a pleasure to deal with. When going over all the paperwork for the car he had no problem explaining it to me no matter how many times that might have been. He truly wanted me to understand whatever I needed to know. More
