Exceptional service by Tony Gagnon This would be our second visit to this Premire Subaru in Branford to buy our second car. The first time was to buy a used Outback which was last Decem This would be our second visit to this Premire Subaru in Branford to buy our second car. The first time was to buy a used Outback which was last December and we drove away with a brand new 2015 Outback Premium. Because of the service and the family like atmosphere that Tony presented with no hassle, we were totally satisfied even our kids were excited and they never forgot Tony. After that visit Tony emailed us very often to check up on the vehicle and to extend his wishes on the holidays and birthdays. Now we were shopping for a used Impreza so we went to Tony which was 40 miles drive to the Branford Premire Subaru. We were shocked when our 5yr old asked if we are going to see that nice dealer guy (Tony Gagnon), our grandkids might be heading over to Premire Subaru in Branford to look for Tony, lol, live long my friend because you might have a lot of Sookram's heading your way, lol. After having alittle chat with Tony and catch up on some family events we got down to business and after crunching some numbers, we drove away with a brand spanking new 2016 Impreza Sport with low down payment and monthly payment that fits our budget. We love our new car, now the kids are debating over who gets to ride in the new car with dad, lol. I was skeptical at first - but they quickly won me over due to the attention paid on exactly what I wanted - price-wise. Steering me away from what I could not afford and showing me models in my price range. My sales rep, Mounir Jouhrani, was so patient, kind and answered my many questions ...and I never felt rushed or pushed to get the deal done. I truly never purchased a car so easily in my life! Everything was taken care of by them and follow up calls were reassuring. Everyone there was so nice ....and when you have a pleasant experience even signing the papers and making this huge commitment, that says a lot! More

Delighted again I recently visited Premier Subaru to have my 2014 Forester serviced. When I got there I asked if they could perform some additional service which would save me from making another trip (my appointment was scheduled for the following week). Even though they were obviously busy, Gary and Scott went out of their way to help me. While I waited for the service to be performed, I visited the showroom to ask some unrelated questions about features on the new Forester. Herman was more than willing to spend the time answering all of my questions. When my car was ready, Gary personally reviewed the results with me and made sure that I was happy with the resolution of the original issue. Once again, I was treated like I was their most important customer and appreciate the efforts of the service and sales team. More

Purchased a used legacy Was a little hesitant to go here because of a bad experience our daughter had. But it's convenient to our house so we went.
