My experience with Premier Subaru has been excellent. we were extremely pleased with Tony Gagnon, our salesperson. he was knowledgeable and did not try to give us a hard sell. We felt he was honest and forthright. He was patient with answering all our questions and I have appreciated his follow up phone calls since we purchased the vehicle, to ask us how we are liking the car and if we have any questions. Throughout he has encouraged us to call him with any questions or concerns. we are looking forward to a long and positive relationship with Premier Subaru. we could not have asked for a better salesperson than Tony. Herman Winston is the BOOM! I went to Premier with three grandchildren, 5 years old and younger, in tow! I had just come from a Volvo dealer, where I had pretty much decided on I went to Premier with three grandchildren, 5 years old and younger, in tow! I had just come from a Volvo dealer, where I had pretty much decided on an S80, but something inside of me said I should check out the Subaru Legacy. Upon arrival at Premier I felt very comfortable with Herman Winston. He LISTENED to my wants, didn't try to convince me otherwise... and lead me to my new car!!! Honestly, the Subaru Legacy 3.6 R Limited, with all it's bells and whistles, far exceeds the Volvo. And the Subaru was a fraction of the cost! I am so thrilled with my new 2015 Subaru and the services I received. Oh, and did I mention, Herman even entertained the grandchildren while I did paper work!!! He is the Boom!!! Great experience Mark made everything easy. From the time we walked in until we picked up our car. He spent over and hour and a half going over all the features of the Mark made everything easy. We both were very pleased with the entire experience and would use Premier again in the future if the need arises. Needless to say price is important. No one wants to over pay. He answered all our questions, was very honest and straight forward, and he kept us informed all week about the status of my car while they swapped it in from another dealership. They continually put you through to voice nail even when asked not to. The other area is the car cleaning. My car tires looked like the car had been driven through a mud puddle prior to delivery.
