Outstanding Experienxe It was not our intention to buy a Subaru Legacy that day, just test drive it. We planned to visit 3 Subaru dealers to compare prices, but it just so happened that we were attending a Memorial Day party in Branford that day, so Premier Subaru was going to be our first stop. It turned out to by our only stop. We were greeted by the Sales Manager and only waited a short time for Tony Gagnon, the salesperson to meet with us. After his thorough presentation, we were sold on the vehicle. When we came to a final price, we were sold on the deal. We picked up our new car today and were showed the workings of the car and were told to call with any questions. More

No one answers the phone Leased an Impreza in February 2015. I couldn't pay my lease bill because I did not get an invoice. The dealership filled out the papers incorrectly and the bank returned them to Premier. Called over 30 times to resolve this problem. Only 1 time did anyone actually answer the phone and only 2 times did someone actually return a voice mail. Left many e-mails to various people there and did not receive a response so I had to drive down there to get a question answered. I finally did get a few e-mails back after voicing my disappointment. Numerous times I was told they would call me the next day and they never did. They finally resolved the issue a week or so after my first lease payment was due. Next, the Impreza developed a weird brake vibration around 800 miles. I see from the internet that many people complain about this. I brought it in for the 3 month service today and they said nothing was wrong. I never would have leased this vehicle if the brake pedal vibrated intermittently when I test drove this vehicle. It happens mostly when slowing down and turning. It feels like a grinding vibration. I have been driving 43 years and never felt this type of weird sensation. I would not recommend either this dealership or this car. My next step is to try to get Premier to buy the vehicle back for the contractional (sp?) price, so they can pay off Chase and I will only be out $4,000 to lease this car for 3-4 months. Better than driving an annoying vehicle for 3 years. More

Ted And the team at Premier Subaru made it seamless and pleasant to hook me up with my dream car even though I was miles away! I was able to make the deal, get the paperwork squared away and get on the ferry to get my car in only 2 days. There was no suprises when I got there and I left with a beautiful car.
