Thankfully I met up with Herman Winston who listened to what I wanted and worked hard to show me what was available in my price range. He definitely expedited the deal, and there was no "hard sell" to add features that I didn't need or want. Before I drove away, he spent about 90 minutes showing me my new vehicle and making sure I knew how to use all of its features. He is genuinely interested to know that I am thrilled with my new car. While directing us towards certain vehicles, based on our description of need, he easily shifted with our whims to test drive other models and presented a thoughtful contrast of the vehicles we test drove. With encouragement but not direction his knowledge of varied vehicles and how each vehicle would meet the needs of our family was a great facility in our decision. Additionally, he easily shifted gears to provide in depth information on the financing of our new Legacy. Finally, his grace and sense of humor engendered a process that was most comfortable. More

After searching for months for a great value Subaru I decided to stop at Premier Subaru. I knew I wanted a car relatively new with the bells and whistles but without the price tag so, I decided to go through the certified pre-owned route. Premier Subaru in Branford has one of the largest certified Subaru inventories in the state so, it’s no surprise I ended up there. From my online research I found great value in their 2012 Impreza. Once I arrived I couldn’t find it since their lot is a decent size. I went inside and I was greeted by Danny Oller. I showed Danny the car I was interested in and he quickly got it for me. The most impressive part of the transaction was Danny’s knowledge in their product line. I told him I had a 2008 Impreza and he quickly told me the similarities and differences between the two cars. More importantly he pointed out various items that were moved from location when the 2012 model was upgraded from the 2008 model. Premier Subaru also offered me a fair trade-in amount for my 2008 Impreza which helped me upgrade to the 2012 Impreza. Once I decided to move forward with the transaction the finance manager, Jeff, contacted me to ensure all information they had was accurate to ensure a speedy turnaround when I picked up the car. Once all paperwork was completed Danny met me at the car so that we can review the outside of the car together for any dings or scratches, there were none. Lastly, Danny took an extra few minutes to show me how to set up the Bluetooth in the car since my previous model didn’t have that feature. Overall, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had in any dealership and I’ve been to a number of dealerships in this area. I sincerely recommend Premier Subaru in Branford. They are a great establishment and they aim to please. Great customer service! I’ll be sure to return to Danny for future car purchases. Maritza More

Bitter sweet The customer service was out of this world and words can't describe how amazing Roxanne and her team are. However the quality of work I wish I could s The customer service was out of this world and words can't describe how amazing Roxanne and her team are. However the quality of work I wish I could say the same. Due to a previous purchase, I knew that if I bought a car from this dealership, I would be giving my hard earned money to a good honest dealer. However, this time I was only able to purchase a used car for 12,000$ cash. I brought the vehicle home and that night my service engine light came on. I called service, and they told me to come back immediately the next day, and they would fix the problem which they did. Then two days later the light came back on and again I went back, they diagnosed it and had to come back again for a different part. Long story short all together, 7 half hour trips out of my way later, they finally diagnosed the problem and gave me a very nice new 2014 vehicle to use while they fixed my car (again, free of charge which is awesome so I feel bad complaining). They ordered the part and put it in free of charge, which saved me over 3,600 in just parts. That again is awesome guest service, and never once did I feel as though I was a bother to Roxanne, the manager, or anyone I came in contact with. She was very kind and courteous whenever she updated me about the status of my vehicle and apologized about everything. The manager did too, which is great to know there are people like that that are still in the guest service world. However when I received the car back, they left siding of my passenger door panel out, screwed the passenger side seat over wires that I installed (in the panel and not on the ground where they were) which broke my own wires so I had to purchase new ones, left insulation material on the floor and my speaker box in the back that was working perfectly, didn't work any more because the wires they crushed broke the connections to with my seat screwed on top. Also, the lights that I installed (as a hobby) wires are pulled out and ripped off of the areas I had them tucked and connected to. Overall I would say they are awesome; however I say it's bitter sweet because yes i just got free work done, but I don't feel as though they should have sold me the car in the first place if it was going to be such a hassle with making it emissions ready. As a manager, my time is very limited and I had to out my job on hold; even though that's how I was able to spend money on this car that should have been thoroughly inspected from the sales department before putting up for sale. And more of my money and time went towards gas, wires and reinstalling all the wiring that was done on my time & with my money. I jus feel as though the quality of work could have been more. More
