Upon learning how much work my 2001 Outback needed and what it was going to cost, I decided to use the money on a deposit for a newer vehicle. He followed up the day after I left with the car to make sure everything was going well which it surely was. In the past, I have always sold my “trade-in” myself, but the trade-in Premier offered was the same as my intended sale price without all the hassle. Additionally, doing a trade means I only pay tax on the difference between trade-in and new car sales price! My recent purchase was the brand new 2013 Crosstrek. Adam and Bob were able to locate the exact model with all the options I wanted at a very good price. The Sales and Service process at this dealer is top notch!! Truly all great folks to deal with and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. More
