I get my car towed in when almost every light went off on my dashboard. They had it in, diagnosed and fixed same day. Not only that they found that the issue was covered by a warrantee saving me a ton of mon my dashboard. They had it in, diagnosed and fixed same day. I always enjoy getting my Subaru serviced by Premier Subaru. They are a wonderful, caring service facility and take the time to not upsale you but, help you with what your car needs. They do it with great passion for their jobs a dealership like this is hard to come by. Also it's nice to See Dr. Alvine ( and not just on the YouTube and TV commercials) walking around and not just in the corner office away from everything. I have talked to him on occasion and he is a genuinely knowledgable, caring, and compassionate CEO that knows his Subarus but, also cares about his customers more than the cars. It's rare indeed to find CEOs like that they are a rare breed and Subaru is lucky to have him working at the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to continue to have my car serviced by the wonderful and knowledgable staff. This time I worked with Meghan and she got my oil change and tire rotation done in a timely fashion and as always I had a great service experience there. I will be back as will my parents who also have Subarus. I have referred a few people to this dealer and they have all said it's a great experience. I also know several people that go here as well and don't plan to go anywhere else for the forceable future. Thanks again for doing such a great job on my car. More
