This was my first time buying a new car after having back luck purchasing a significantly older used car elsewhere. After doing lots of research online, including browsing the websites of dozens of dealerships in Connecticut, I decided to go with Subaru, then further narrowed it down to 3 Subaru dealerships. From there, I decided on Premier Subaru. My experience with these folks was excellent. About as good as it gets when it comes to car dealerships. While this may have been my first new car, I'm no stranger to car dealerships and sales in general. Excellent experience from the moment I walked into their showroom, through the intake process, through the whole deal. I walked in hoping they'd spot me a car and that's exactly what they did. Professional every step of the way through my 2 test drives, tour of the dealership, and thorough finally walk-through and delivery. That's how it's done, folks! More
