Purchased a 2017 Forester on January 11 love the vehicle. We did see some scratches and were told they would buff them out for us. Routine servicing of my 2014 Suburu: Bought my car new from this dealership. Have had it serviced here ever since (except when traveling). This day I was assisted by service agent, Jaime Russo, who couldn from this dealership. Have had it serviced here ever since (except when traveling). This day I was assisted by service agent, Jaime Russo, who couldn't have been more delightful. Service took about an hour and a half; however, the wait & the atmosphere couldn't have been more pleasant. Coffee bar at the ready, Covid protocols being observed appropriately. Was able to observe work being done through a glass window and noticed how exceptionally clean the service area was. Could have eaten off the floor! More
