The price that was agreed to online was not what was on the sheet when I arrived. The car was $250.00 higher than the agreed on price. Additionally a $700.00 insurance policy was added that I did not ask the sheet when I arrived. The car was $250.00 higher than the agreed on price. We had to remove the trade in from the deal. When we left the dealer I went around the corner to used car lot and got exactly what I wanted for the trade in. I kept saying I wanted mats in the car. Eventually I had to go to parts and service myself to purchase and see what was available. The discussions online were good/fast and productive. When I actually got physically to the dealer it was not a good experience. Bait and switch to try and get more money than the agreed on price. I still do not know how the lender, Chrysler capital will contact me about payments. More
