I had a sunroof repair done in the first year after I bought my Golf and because I accepted the job as good enough at that time, I ended up paying around $2500 for the same issue, after five years. I hope this time the repairs were done properly and I don’t have to spend more money until the end of life for the car. Unfortunately, the job was not done with care for the new replacement parts; there are fingerprints on the brand new ceiling/pillar covers, which were replaced due to water damage, and pieces of plastic/wrapping left in the car. On top of that, I had to bring my car back for repairs because they did not check the ceiling lights after repairs, and one of them was On all the time. Not a good quality check process. Hence, I don’t have too much trust that the job was done properly... only time will tell. More

I wish I had a better experience and gave them every chance to help. They sold me an Atlas that was certified pre owned <30k and 3 years old; I drove it home and it has major engine issues.
