Overall, the purchase was a reasonable experience. I purchased the vehicle from Long Island over the phone sight unseen... At the time of pickup, I received a loaner vehicle of a 2021 in place of my certified preowned which I had purchased. It was a nice gesture, though not ideal. I also had issues getting the vehicle delivered to Long Island it was late, and interrupted my scheduled times which I had made - this was not traffic related. The man they sent couldn't read a GPS from what he said to me. I suppose this is OK, but it was not EXCELLENT. I am still waiting on copies of paperwork I had requested and only received my bill of sale for the vehicle. I had asked for copies of all signed paperwork and still have not received it (3 weeks later). Amir and Joe were good. My vehicle was not delivered with all appointments we had agreed on either. I am still waiting for the additional parts to come in the mail with my license plates from them. If asked to use the company again, I would. I have yet to experience their service department, but I might have to - the vehicle has some climate control issues which need attention. More
