Before the next scheduled visit the pads were done and while waiting for an appointment (scheduling is a pain here) the wheels went metal on metal. Costly repairs that could and should have been avoided. Every other dealership and service shop I have used has provided this guidance. These employees just wave their hands and say every car is different. Disappointing, but I prepaid for service when I bought the car. So stuck with these guys for a while. More
