People extremely friendly but felt I got a bit ripped off. Last year when I had only 3591 miles on the car I wasn't charged for the oil change and tune up. Overall disappointed. This was my go-to dealership even though it was out of my way. Recently got a wheel alignment performed, and now the steering wheel isn’t straight, l This was my go-to dealership even though it was out of my way. Recently got a wheel alignment performed, and now the steering wheel isn’t straight, likely because the mechanics didn’t straighten the wheel properly before fixing the alignment itself. To their credit, the dealership followed up, and I unfortunately missed the call. But I called 4 times and no one called me back. Unsure what happened here, and it may be a one-off issue, but I won’t be going back given I spent a decent amount of money for my car’s alignment only for it to be in worse shape than it was going in.
