All of my needs were taken care of in an above and beyond manner. From the general manager, to the financial officer and my excellent sales associate, I was treated like royalty. Sales rep (Joseph) has been kind and helpful, but it felt like Aamir from management rushed our conversation and just seemed dismissive overall. Plus, our BRAND NEW car was scuffed before we even drove it off the lot. Not sure if anyone at the dealership knew this or not, but it was very sketchy to me, as the customer, that no one noticed how large the scuff was, or chose to ignore it and then gave it to me to drive off. If I had not taken a picture of the car before I left the lot, they allegedly 'would not have covered the cost of the damage.' When the Service Department called me to schedule my appointment to fix the damage, they asked ME when the part is arriving. How am I supposed to know that? They also asked WHAT HAPPENED? Why are they calling me if they have no idea what's going on? I truly hope the customer service here improves or I am going to another dealership, even if I have to drive a further distance for better and more attentive service. Not to mention, the detail job also seemed rushed. I would have waited to pick up the car if I knew they were going to rush detailing it. More
