A great experience We are extremely please with our new Equinox. Bill Hale was extremely helpful during our car shopping process! He was very informative and his interactions did not seem pushy, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel like we were making an informed decision. Bill gave us the right amount of information regarding the controls of the Equinox. We had enough information to safely leave your dealership and an offer for us to stop back in a few days so he could tell us more. Had he given us any more information at that time, it likely would have been overwhelming. We had to return a few days later to sign some papers and were greeted by Bill to make sure we didn't need further explanation. Bill did explain the process regarding the service department. We did not meet the team. I am confident that we will meet them when we need to. I would also like to add that the prompting done by Bill Preston should be recognized. Bill P. said he would do anything he could to help us lease a vehicle that day. We were also considering a vehicle at another dealership. Had it not been for Bill P., we would have left to take some time to compare the two vehicles and make our decision. He made us feel like we got a really good deal and gave us the nudging that we needed. We were very impressed by the interactions we had with your entire staff. Everybody was kind and knowledgeable. $2371.81 MATTERS MORE TO THEM THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE Messed up my loan with Key Bank will not take responsibility on how it did happen just blaming Key Bank instead of how it really did happen. Didn’t offer me NOT ONE THING for all of my time and grief over the loan. NOW I GET A LETTER FROM THEIR ATTORNEY threatening leagal action if I do not turn over Title and GET MY OWN FINANCING IMMEDIATELY... And they tell their attorney they have made several appointments to work it out with me and I REFUSED TO COOPERATE..All that I asked for was a discount on the price for everything that had happened... so $ 2371.81 is that important to them that they are now having their attorney send me a letter about legal action. So I will have to voice HOW PRESTON FORD TREATED ME AS ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG. So the bottom line is $ 2371.81 is MORE IMPORTANT TO PRESTON FORD THAN I WAS OR MAKING THIS BAD SITUATION RIGHT. I do know one thing for sure .. myself or anyone in my family and friends are aware of how MONEY MATTERS more to them than their CUSTOMERS and WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEIR. Because this could happen again to anyone. They say they did nothing wrong it was Key Bank that INEXPLICABLY CANCELED THE LOAN WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF PRESTON FORD and that they only knew about this because I WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN BY MY CREDIT UNION TO REFINANCE TO A LOWER INTREST RATE and they needed my payoff amount to process it. But Preston Ford states that I am refusing to cooperate.... How about all my grief and aggravation and time spent on emails, phone calls, writing letters to get no where but here holding Preston Fords Attorneys letter. Every story has two sides and this sad story is mine and I hope this never has to happen to someone else. More
