No resolution on how to fix the passenger airbag in my daughter's car. GM corporate was also no help, so now I have an unsafe 2012 vehicle that I'm not sure what to do with. Everyone was kind and explaine daughter's car. GM corporate was also no help, so now I have an unsafe 2012 vehicle that I'm not sure what to do with. Everyone was kind and explained things, but still no resolution. They're very happy to sell me new tires and other services including another one of their cars, but it's left me with a bad taste in my mouth. More

Very friendly staff, Customer service is excellent.Unfortunately my new vehicle when purchased was damaged on two different occasions when in for service. Although they made things right Le excellent.Unfortunately my new vehicle when purchased was damaged on two different occasions when in for service. Although they made things right Let me be the one to damage my new truck. It’s a shame one has to look at everything done otherwise once it left the lot it was my problem or I did it The final straw for me was when the dipstick was left 3/4 out of the tube and the hood closed on it during a basic 101 oil change. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Had the car towed in at 9pm was driving away with it fixed at 9am. The vehicle wasn't scheduled for service it was a Sunday evening surprise issue.
