My friends and I were traveling away from home recently on a Saturday and my check engine light came on. I called nearby Preston Ford to get my Ford Escape checked out and they got me in right away! Being on a Saturday and my check engine light came on. I called nearby Preston Ford to get my Ford Escape checked out and they got me in right away! Being able to get home safely was my biggest concern; Braydon got the car on diagnostics quickly and let me know the problem right away. The problem was serious, but I was assured I would be able to drive home without any issues. They waived the diagnostic fee and suggested I get with my local Ford dealership when home. Braydon was super attentive and friendly and double checked all the information that he shared with me about my car. Not good news about my car, but received great service from Braydon and the whole staff. More
