We have purchased 3 cars from Preston and their service has been exceptional. They are straight shooters and support you all the way down the line, including service for years after the sale. This is not the closest Toyota dealership to us but it sure is the BEST! From first contact, speaking with R, meeting A, and dealing w C in the customer services dept, everything has been handled very we sure is the BEST! The warranty repair of the one vehicle went so well and we were so pleased with the handling, we dropped an older car off for timing belt/motor front upgrade. I note that D in parts and several other people were helpful and they all exemplified how to keep in touch with the customer and be ready to answer questions. I used to work not too far from this dealership and always said that the nicest people were in this area. This is certainly confirmed with our experience. I was pleased with the repairs to both vehicles and do applaud their service department for having the qualified staff that were experienced in both repairs. My kudos to the entire service department who treats you like a person and not a number and is very competent. More

Mike Jacobs was great as a sales person. The finance manager, not so much. When I told him I did not want the extended warranty or prepaid maintenance packages he became sarcastic and irr The finance manager, not so much. He eventually offered me $1200 more for my trade and employee pricing on the extended warranty saying he would make it up on the next customer. More
