Usually I m very complimentary about my service but this time my experience was not as good. I was told my key set up would take an hour and the complementary wash would take another half hour. I turned dow time my experience was not as good. I was told my key set up would take an hour and the complementary wash would take another half hour. I turned down the wash because I didn’t have that long. The key program only took half the time! I could have had the wash! The service manager was not helpful explaining the process. More
