Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This vvisit was the result of the steering shaft recall. When I called I was immedately provided a convenient appoitment. Everything was good, Except that I had to pay for Installing a air filter, when they already had the old one out to show me! Been coming there since 2000 and have every thing done there. I came in to have recall work done and have a spare key made. I had to have another problem adddressed which the rep brought to my attention with a fair price. Before we bought the Toyota, I visited other car lots. Sales associates were pushy and often times ignorant about their own cars. As soon as I walked into Price, the sales associate was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was not pushy or inconsiderate. When we went for a test drive, he actually opened the door for my fiance and sat in the back. His jovial response was, "She is going to sit in the front more often than the back." That made a huge difference in the quality of time with Price. It was a positive impact. Everything thereafter was just as smooth including the transaction. The car itself (2012 prius) is exceptional as well. Very competitive in its pricing, performance, and mpg. It is a no-brainer why I chose the Toyota model hybrid. More
