Well to start let me say that Rosemary did what she could for me. She was the reason that I gave Pride another chance. Rosemary in Customer Relations made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my treatment at Pride. She took the time to listen and work with me on one issue and asked me to let her know of anything in addition that I was not happy with.
