Excellent customer service. Tim Digaetano, was the Best! My friend Fatima and I went to checkout Kia Soul. I have admired them when I see them on the highway. I definitely liked the alien green. I set up an appointment through Mike and met with Tim Digaetano, Sales & Leasing Professiomal, Tim helped to to go over all details of the Kia Soul and went with us for me to test drive the 2015 which is Alien !!. I liked this shade of green even better. Tim helped us figure out financial details along with the Manager's excellent help. Everyone from the moment we drove up provided excellent customer service. I especially would recommend Tim as a top professional who was kind and understanding. More

Would never step foot in that dealership again. Very shady every step of the way. Misinformation, lies, delayed delivery... They even tried to reneg on a promise (after my initial complaint of how poorly I was treated) to give me a free alarm install. Had I not had it in writing, I would not have had any recourse when they basically changed their tune and said the original problems weren't their fault and they didn't have to give me anything. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Love my car, hated my experience, the salesperson, the manager.... stay away. Find a better dealership to work with. More

After a horrible experience at a dealership in Rhode Island, I ended up calling Pride in Lynn, MA- who told me they could get me the car I wanted and help me register it in RI, as well as help my mother Island, I ended up calling Pride in Lynn, MA- who told me they could get me the car I wanted and help me register it in RI, as well as help my mother and me with the complicated process of buying/registering the car with one of the co-owners not present. Drove the 2 hours to Lynn to begin the process, and it was well worth it. Mike Squadrito worked with my mother in person and spoke with me many times over the phone to make sure everything was going smoothly- we both found him very professional, kind, and helpful. He told us he was new as a car salesman, but he worked hard to answer all our questions and solve our problems. There were a few hiccups with registering the car in RI, but it was all solved in the same visit at the DMV. Although I did not set foot in the dealership, my mother said she had a good experience. Since I had spoken to Pride over the phone first, all of the paperwork was ready for my mother to sign and was clearly marked for me when I received it by mail. We both recommend Pride in Lynn, MA and the salesman Mike! More

By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Although the dealership is 25-30 miles from our house, we recently returned to Pride Kia to purchase another new car. Through e-mail contact with Don along with a follow-up call, we quickly knew it was going to be worth the drive to Pride Kia. Once at the dealership we met Mike Squadrito, who was excellent to work with. His relaxed and friendly manner made shopping for the right car easy and stress-free. We never felt any pressure to buy and once we decided upon a car we didn't feel like we had to "buy now". During the purchase and delivery process, it was clear that the dealership worked as a team. We arrived to sign the papers with little time to get everything processed in time. Everyone work with amazing efficiency to get things processed, in the right hands, and finished in time. I expected to have to come back the next day for delivery, but they made it happen. I know they were feeling the stress of the deadlines, but they did a fantastic job of keeping us at ease. The process was so easy... about 6 weeks later, we were back again. I kept in touch with Mike by e-mail and a few weeks later the Sorento I was looking for was available. The second car purchase was just as easy and stress-free as the first. We'd go back again - but with 2 new cars, I think we are set for a little while. Personal, friendly and honest. More

I was so dreading the entire car buying process and dealing with sales people. As soon as I met Rob Martin, I felt as if I had known him forever. He was very patient with me in answering questions and with my indecision.If it wasn't for him, I would never have considered leasing after deciding I couldn't afford the Kia Optima. I was clueless about the advantages and he walked me through the process. He made the entire process a very fun experience with no stress. I then met with Jason Bradley, the F&I rep who was equally professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership highly and especially if you work with Rob Martin. He's the best! More
